Hi,

In luminate is there any way to get email performance report where we can see how different constituent group responded to the emails that we send? I am trying to see how each constituent group responds to the emails that we send - i.e. open rate, donation amount etc. seperated out by constituent group.

There are two different ways to do this.


1. If you're just looking for messages inside a single campaign, go to Email Campaigns > Campaigns > Manage the Campaign > Reports. The first report you'll see on the list is the Group Performance Report. When you run that report, you'll be asked to select the groups to compare and the email messages from the campaign to look at.


2. If you want to see performance across campaigns, go to Data Management > Reports > Report Writer. Create a new report. Select Email as the application type and Group Performance by Message as the report model. When you get to the filters step, you'll have to select the campaigns and groups.


How to run both of these reports are documented in the Luminate Help. If you'd like more assistance on running Luminate Online reports, we have two classes for that. Data Analysis 1 covers standard reports and queries. Data Analysis 2 is brand new (we just added it to the schedule this week and haven't even made a formal announcement for it) and covers Report Writer and advanced query.
