This will be our first phonathon since going to NXT and using Online Express, and I'm wondering what others do as far as directing donors to make their pledge online. Do you make a new form specific to the phonathon? We are going to put the link address on the pledge cards when we mail them out, so is there a way to have it directed to the specific form if we do choose to make a new one? Sorry, my questions may be simple, but I'm new to online payments. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Reta, you can absolutely create a new form just for phonathon contactees. We create a specific donation page for every appeal we send out -- it really helps us track response rates etc. You'll want to be sure that the web page containing the form is hidden unless you actually have the specific link to view it -- your web developer/manager will be familiar with this process. The hidden page will have a unique url address, although I advise shortening it if it is too long, through Bitly or Google URL shortener, so it is easier for people to type the address into their search bar. You would then print this Bitly address on your appeal devices.
