Hello,


Looking for a little advice on entering gifts into CRM from Benevity and other 3rd party sites where the donor's gift and its match are sent together in one payment. Has anyone else dealt with this? CRM doesn't want to have a gift and a matching gift claim paid by the same ID (makes sense! that's weird). However, it is how we get payments. Any advice welcome!

    do you mean RE or another software?  There is a lot of discussions already on gifts and matches being received in the same payment like Benevity does.  The consensus is pretty much that you enter them as two separate entries.  One for the individual that made the gift and one for the Org that made the match.
