Employee Giving Appeal

Options
I'm seeking help to setup our online form for our upcoming Employee Giving Appeal. We would like to utilize Online Express as our online vehicle and better utilize the functionality of tracking the appeal. However, with OLX there is not an option to customize for the appeal to include payroll deduction as an option for how to pay or an option for bi-weekly payments. I am all ears for any suggestions.     The only idea I can come up with is for you to set up an OLX event page, use an event that has a zero dollar Price Type, and allow constituents to choose Bill Me Later. It's not ideal for an Employee Giving Program, but it is a way for folks to fill out an OLX form without needing to supply a debit/credit card. In Section 3 Extras of your OLX form setup, there's also a checkbox to "Hide Price column if all event price options are free".
  • There is a Bill Me Later/Pledge option on the Donations section of OLX, too.  Just be sure that whatever you use is on a web page accessible only to staff (or at least not easily accessible to someone not on staff) so that the donations collected are appropriately employee donations and not regular donors who may then end up choosing the wrong options.
