sustaining gift status - former vs. terminated?

Options
I'd like to suppress former sustaining gift donors from an email series. In query, there are a few options that look promising, including "former sustaining donor", "terminated by user" and "terminated by admin." What is the difference between these groups? If I suppress all "former sustaining donors," will that include those who were terminated? What other types of donors might it include?

Thanks,

    Hi- "Former Sustaining Donor"- has been deprecated, but still remains in the system for organizations that had a value in the past.  I think it is possible it could still be set manually in an upload, but not seeing any current reasons that the system would assign that value on its own.  Completed Sustaining Donor is usually used for people that completed a successful sustaining gift on its own when it has a set end date.  The various terminated options will be ones that were cancelled before its completion.

    Here is a list of all sustaining statuses that can be stored on the constituent record (some do not have the exact name you see in the query or constituent record but most are pretty close-

    0 = Unknown/Blank status

    1 = Never a sustaining donor (not used)

    2 = Active sustaining donor

    3 = Formerly a sustaining donor (deprecated)

    4 = Postponed sustaining donor (one or more payments are being skipped)

    5 = Completed sustaining donor

    6 = Terminated due to payment failures

    7 = Terminated by user

    8 = Terminated by admin

    9 = Lapsed sustaining donor (transactions are failing, but still being attempted)

    10 = Partially lapsed sustaining donor (At least one active sustainer gift and at least one lapsed sustaining gift)
