    I am using the RE Connector for the first time any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated. 

    So the term 'connector' typically refers to a connection between RE and some other platform. I know there are connectors for Sphere and Luminate, but maybe there are ones for BBNC and OLX as well? (I don't use those products). 


    So what are you connecting Raiser's Edge to?

    Hi Sharon:


    Not the version of RE.  Is it the connector for Sphere, NetCommunity, Luminate?  When you are in Raiser's Edge, on the left navigation are you clicking a button that says Sphere, NetCommunity or Luminate Online?

    Sorry Sharon, I don't think any of us know what you're referring to at this point. If you could be more descriptive, that would be great, as we'd like to help you out. If not, then best of luck! I'm sure there's some documentation in the Knowledge Base you can look up at some point, or you could open up a case with Blackbaud Support to learn what you need to learn.

    Connect Raiser's Edge is our new integration tool to work with Whipple Hill also known as  On Products the web based system. I wanted to get any tips for making sure all records are formatted properly in On Products before integrating to Raiser's Edge.

    Oh! You're about to integrate the On suite with RE for the first time. That's a whole different ball of wax. Blackbaud owns both products, so they should have assigned you an integration expert of some kind who is supposed to help with this process. I'd direct any and all questions at them, and if you don't know who that is, then I'd ask your Blackbadud rep to give you some guidance. This certainly doesn't seem like the kind of thing any one DBA should be taking on alone. 


    That said, I have no experience with On or its formatting, so, best of luck!
