Test Messages Not Working in OLX

For the past two days (July 27 & 28, 2017) the test message function in OLX has not worked for us at Clark College Foundation. Even though the Online Express Email screen shows a time stamp that it was sent, I did not receive any messages in my inbox, spam or trash box. I have checked with our IT dept. and they see no indication that such messages were delivered. Anyone else having this issue?

    It looks like the RSVP today: Serve with Love email draft has an invalid character. The invalid character is located in the line that says, restaurant chains in the region. The first 40 people or couples

    If you delete the special character from the email draft and click “Save”, the email should successfully send.

    The second try with this test message after removing that item still does not show up. I guess it's possible there are other items in the text I cannot see that are creating problems. In fact, I could not "see" that original character in the body of the message on my end. Can you "see" anything else in the RSVP today: Serve with Love message?
