Test Donations

Hi, I can test the donation form in preview, however, I can't see the "test" donation anywhere in reports, nor is the test donation in my constituent profile. Does anyone know how to view the test donations in reporting specifically to view the columns for campaign, donation form, source, sub source and appeal codes?

Hi Brenda,

This may seem obvious, but did you process the "test" donation? When we were in test mode, our test donations were processed correctly. I can't remember if we ran reports for the test donations, but don't recall having any issue with accessing the test constituent after the donation was received.
