We sell memorial bricks to our donors and right now we are having to do that through another platform.  Does online express offer the ability to sell products online? If not is this something that you are looking to add to it?

    If we were to do this, I would probably create the memorial bricks as an "event", and have different options set up as ticket prices. You could definitely make it work!

    Does the purchase price for the bricks include any portion that is a donation?  If so, I would consider setting up an option for a separate donation form just to support the brick purchase or add it to your existing donation form with your other fund designation options.

    Hi- We have a campaign to name a seat in our theater. Donors get an engraved plaque. Sounds kind of like what you are looking for. Here is the link:  http://www.sinclair.edu/giving/take-a-seat/  It is set up as a donation form.  Happy to explain more if you want additional detail.

    Hi Katy,

     

    Sorry for the delayed reply, I was on
    vacation.

     

    Those fields were set up as a gift attribute
    table.  It was the best solution we could come up with.

    I like that the donor enters their own text,
    especially helpful with names.  The biggest drawback is that
    you can’t control how much text they enter.  We let people
    know the character limit and many donors still exceed the limit and
    need a follow up call/email.
