How do I sync/import/export my constituents between Luminate Online and e-Tapestry?

I've reviewed documentation in several places, but I can't seem to find exact method on exporting constituents from E-Tapestry into Luminate Online and then also the reverse. I'm looking for the best practice for this as I plan to do it regularly. Thank you!

Hi Holly!

It looks like you're associated with two different organizations (one that has eTap and the other last Luminate) so you'll want to make sure your profile is set to the one that has eTapestry before you try accessing training. I bet your profile is set to the other one right now. You'll see a little drop down arrow next to your organization name: https://www.screencast.com/t/jZWAdh6Bcz After you switch, try the video again and it should work!
