How can I set up sustained giving on my API donation form using the Designated Giving Donation Level

We are using the Designated Giving Donation Level donor screen and everything is working except for the sustained giving option. Test form is available here.

The donation goes through and there are no errors, but the gift does not show in the Sustaining Gift section of our Donation Management.

Forgive me if this seems like a dumb question, but the monthly giving box is checked when the test gift is made? You may want to contact Luminate Support just to confirm you've set up the back end correctly.

Lisa, thanks for your response. Yes, it's checked when I submit the form. Unfortunately, Support is not being very helpful. They say that without an error, they can't provide support.

I have to say I'm really stumped but also am a bit geeky, so if you want me to troubleshoot with you offline, I'd be happy to (keeping in minid, I'm still new with Luminate, but like solving these type of issues).
