Tribute Types Not Appearing in Donation Form Setup

Hello! I am setting up our Online Express Donation form. When I tell the form that I want to allow donors to designate their gifts in honor/memory of someone, I am not seeing the tribute types to make them available on the form, which is a requirement. Am I missing something? We have the tribute module set up and have had gifts in the past for in memory or honor of someone. Has anyone else had this issue? What did you do do fix it? Thanks!

    Hi- Kind of new at this too.  I have one form allowing tribute gifts.

    After you opt to Include the tribute gift option, click the button: Allow donors to honor whoever they want with tribute gifts and  the menu to select the tribute types you have set up appears.

    I ended up having to contact Support and after a little bit of digging, they found some errors in the States table. After deleting what wasn't needed, the checkboxes appeared. Customer Support did a great job on helping me with this issue.
