Image from recent Webinar (with penguins on it) - Donor Moves Management/Segmentation

Options
This is a complete shot in the dark...but I recently saw an image in a webinar or online training class that showed the differnet segments or moves management cycle for donors that included a different view on lapsed donors. It had a segment of donors that had not given in 12-18 months and labeled them something different than lapsed donors...more of a "caution, these guys are on the verge of lapsing" group (of course it used much better language, but I can't recall if for the life of me!).  If I remember correctly, the image had penguines on it.

Can someone point me to that training or if you have the image saved somewhere can you send it to me?

Thanks so much!

    Hi Rebecca,

I've passed your request on to several of my Raiser's Edge teammates in hopes of finding this image. When I do, I'll let you know.
  • Thank you! I know that was a completely random request, but I appreciate the help.
  • I knew I'd seen that...it's probably used in more than one place, but I just found it as page 82 in the documentation for NXT Fundraising and Analysis.  I don't know that I am allowed to post it here, but if you have downloads from classes you've taken, look for it there.  It's titled DONOR LIFECYCLE.

Oh...it's also in NXT Help...search for Donor Lifecycle and then choose Donor Lifecycle Analysis.
  • Thank you Jen!  That is exactly what I was looking for!

I guess searching for penguins wasn't really the right keyword...lol.

I'm glad you found what you were looking for and thanks, Jen, for your help!

And, P.S., searching for penguins is never a bad idea. Here is a cute penguin to make your day a little more adorable:

  • Holly, that little chick is absolutely adoreable!  Thanks for sharing that pic with us.  :-)

  • Matt...that's the one! I saw it in a webinar and wanted to pull it for our team to see.
