spam assassin results changed?

We always check the spam assassin errors.  They seem to have changed recently, like "no relays" or "no received".  There's not typically points associated to many of them and the emails seem to deliver fine, so my inclination is just to ignore them.  Is anyone doing anything different?

    We recently upgraded the spam assassin version to latest updates which means there are new rules and results.  This is to be more in line with current day email trends and if you are seeing issues with the results, please file a support ticket so we can triage and correct. 
  • It would be great to see this in the release notes or mentioned somewhere so we know it has been upgraded. Or at least that it was coming.

    That is the confusing part...

    Hi Phil, Alicia -


    There was an update that was made in advance of the release to connect to the newest version of SpamAssassin, and as a part of that change we are now seeing the two results that you describe (NO_RELAYS,NO_RECEIVED).   These two results are specific to SpamAssassin's checks that are made at the time an email is received (i.e. it isn't useful when we check the email before it is sent).  What Luminate Online does is just to check against the content of the message, so those two results can be ignored.  We will remove these two results soon, but any other results you see in the spam checker should be valid.
