LO Cross References not syncing Raiser's Edge Packages

Has anyone experienced Appeal Packages NOT syncing with LO from RE to cross reference them?    I've tried numerous things and so far I'm at a loss.


We have over 300 appeals and 3000+ packages in RE.  Is there a limit to the number of packages that can sync?


Any ideas, thoughts, miracle cures?

    Hi Cathy,


    We don't have many packages, but ours seem to be working ok.  Are you trying to sync many packages to one appeal?  Not sure if the system will allow that.
