How to handle 2-year memberships with Online Express

Does anybody have experience with 2-year memberships, using Online Express?  We use two different funds to designate 1 year vs. 2 year, with the same campaign/category, etc., but the forms will not let us select the same campaign/category twice on the same form.  Blackbaud additionally said we can't have two separate forms on the same webpage.  Any examples of how people have set this up would be appreciated!

    We also have multi-year memberships, but we gave each membership a different category (although same campaign): 1 year adult, 2 year adult, 3 year adult, 1 year family, 2 year family, etc. This enables you to have just one form and allows a person to choose whichever category they want. Having dealt with multi-year memberships for a number of years now it is much easier to have a different category for each type of membership. But we keep the funds consistent: Dues, 2 year, and 3 year.
