Generating email receipts for recurring donations after the first payment?

We have recurring (monthly, quarterly and annual) donors whose gifts are automatically processed on the designated date and acknowledged via email by a separate vendor. We are now working on moving these donors and transactions to OLX. I was quite surprised to be told by support that OLX doesn't have email receipt functionality except for the initial transaction. Our recurring donors have come to expect email receipts.

Does anyone have suggestions on how I can still make email receipts happen for these important donors? I've already set up a query, and am thinking there must be a way to do something like this through Mail? Thanks for any advice and ideas.

You can build this within Mail > Receipts.

It takes some time to set up but as you know these types of functions can save you a ton of time. Youre right too - using gift attributes will help narrow down the individuals you want to email with a query.

We have this problem as well. I have worked with several recurring payment systems, and this is the only one I've seen that lacks automated email receipting.
