We are trying to create a online form staff can use while they are out to collect constituent information ie. Name, address, phone, email, org, position, title etc. Has anyone found away to use OLX to do this.  We want them to be able to fill in as much information as possible. That what our database person can just confirm the contacts on the back in like with events and payments.

    You could set it up as an event and publish it on a hidden web page somewhere.

    As Matthew said, you could set it up as an event. I have set up participant attributes with text fields and included them on the form to gather the info I want.
