Online Express not letting me upload photos from my server

Trying to create a newsletter in Online Express and it's not letting me upload photos from our server. Any ideas?!

    If you are hosted, you'll need to upload your pictures, etc. to the Files folder which can be found under the Content tab on the page you use to login to Citrix.  Then you can access them in Documents from OLX.  If you are hosted, the Files folder serves as a sort of "middle man" between your hosted Raiser's Edge and your server.  We just went through this last week as we are new to OLX and it took us and customer service forever to figure this out (I think they didn't understand what we were asking which seemed very clear to us!).

    You may need to just move/copy the images to your local desktop and upload to OLX from there.  If you need this functionality a lot, you can submit a request to BB to allow Hosted RE access to your local network.  (I think that access may occasionally need to be reset, because I ended up just using a folder on my local desktop as the easier option.)
