paypal and responsive forms

Hi Community,

I have some forms on my 'site that I made responsive about a year ago. At that time, we were not using PayPal for donations, but now that we are, I can't add that capability to those forms. At one point I seem to recall that I could change a responsive form to standard, add PayPal, and then change back to responsive -- but if I try to change it today, the system will say that it has saved that change but not actually save it. I go to the 'Design Donor Screens' page and the PayPal option is still missing -- and if I navigate away from the 'Identify Form' screen to any other screen and then back again, the system has set the form back to responsive. In which case PayPal is still unavailable. Tried unpublishing, etc. Thoughts? Thanks,

    Did you work with Luminate/Blackbaud support to get PayPal enabled?


    There are some setup things that have to happen for it to work.They turn it on as a payment option for you.


    You need to send them some documentation from your PayPal account as well.


    If so, then I would open a case with support. You shouldn't need to jump through those hoops.
