Phone & Email Sharing from business relationship to Bio 1

Our company recently upgraded our Blackbaud Raiser's Edge to the NXT version.  I still utilize the database view and have noticed some changes with regard to constituent entry. 


As we use our database to invite select donor employees to events, most of our contacts are given their own constituent record.  When I enter these, I enter the name, etc. on the Bio 1 tab (which it thinks is a home address) and then enter our required fields (info source and addressee/salutation).  I then go back to the Bio 1 tab and click on the business button to enter the business contact information.  Once this is saved and closed I go to the address tab, make the business address the primary address and delete the home address.  In our previous version of Raiser's Edge, the address and telephone/email numbers would show up correctly on the Bio 1 tab - sadly, now I need to reenter the phone and email addresses as they no longer come across.  On talking with your customer service rep, I was informed that this type of phone sharing is no longer part of the program.


I would ask that you please consider adding that functionality back in and making it a business rule so that organizations are able to choose for themselves whether to share that information or not.  I find the move to the hosted environment already makes the program slower and having to do this type of duplicate entry (with the need to change in both areas and potentially missing one in error should a number change) very cumbersome.
