In the hopes of managing soft bounces and ensuring we're not consistently sending to bad email addresses, I'm wondering if there's a way in LO to track consecutive soft bounces. There's obviously the field for a Hard-Bounce count in an individual's C360 record, is there anything similar for soft bounces?


In an ideal world, I would segment out those who've had 3 consecutive soft bounces.

    Yes, there is Soft Bounce Count field. If you don't see it, go to Setup > Database Configuration > expand Email section > check Admin Can See > click Save

    Should I see this in the Cons Record in the Email section once it is enabled?
