    Did the person use their name for their guest names? We've had individuals put their name in 4 times then found it had placed it on their record 4 times.

    They only entered how many tickets.  When I processed the
    gift I changed to the amount to reflect the number of
    tickets.  No names were given.  But in the event it then
    had the total amt purchased as one item and then the amount for
    each individual ticket as well?  The event was processed
    through online express.
