If we have a sign up form on our website and someone who isn't a consituent signs up will it automatically create a constituent profile? Also, if they already have a constituent profile will it update the current one? Thanks in advance.

    You will need to download the sign ups.  During that process, you can search to see if that person is already in RE or force OLX to create a new record, OLX does help by identifying RE records with the email address already on them as Exact Matches, then records with possible matches and records that need new records as there isn't anything close (to name or email address...it could be worth a manual search, depending on your volume and time available).  Once you confirm that the signup does belong to a specific RE record, OLX will update, unless you tell it not to, the name and email address, which is all that the signup form will collect.  I don't remember where exactly, but you can tell OLX (Integration Options, I think) to use a specific default set, which you can set up in RE.  This can add Addressee/Salutations, Attributes, Constituent Codes, and more whenever OLX creates a new record.
