Donations by email report

Options
We just completed an online fundraising campaign around Mother's Day. I would like to know which emails elicited donations. When I run the donations by email report, of the 4 emails sent, only one shows a donation. The entire campaign brought in more than 1 gift. Does anyone have any guesses as to why the report would only show 1 gift to any of the emails in the cycle? I understand that some donors may have gone directly to our website landing page and clicked donate, but I would expect most responded to an email--especially since the timing of the gifts correspond to the timing of the emails. Thanks for any thoughts.

    Hi Elisabeth,

Have you check the report in the new Luminate Beta Email Dashboard? You can filter to look at how the email campaign converted donors and also drill down by specific email inside of that campaign. That should give you a better picture from a birds eye view.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

If you pull the transactions by subsource code and filter the source to email or forwarded email, you'd be able to see any of the transactions made, event if someone opened that email and then went to a different form to donate.
