Team Raiser/Luminate

Options

I’m hoping you can assist me or direct me to the appropriate person.

It’s in regards to our team raiser account which we have recently set up our “glow ride” event.  When downloading donations from team raiser/luminate to R/E, we would like the donation to be automatically linked to the event.  When people register for the event, that money automatically goes towards it but not the donated amount.  How would we go about doing this?

Let me know if someone would be able to assist me on this.

    Hi Dianne,

To have the TeamRaiser registrations go to the event in RE, you must set up the event in RE first.  Include your registrations fees, etc.  Go back to Luminate and click on Fundraising then TeamRaiser and click on edit.  Go to #16 on the left,  configure cross reference and associate those field to RE (fund, campaign, appeal and event).  Any registration will appear in here linked to the fee in gifts.  For donations,  I create an appeal in RE for the event.  Then I go to Donation Management in Luminate and create a campaign, then create the donation form for the event.  When creating the donation form #6  Configure Cross Reference in the left column, I associate the fields in the form to the fields in RE (campaign, fund, appeal).  When they process through the connector the appeal is assocated with the gift in RE.

    Hope this helps.
