How to delete "Payment Processes by Blackbaud" from Form's Payment Details?

Hi,


I am new to RE Online Express. While trying to create a form, in the Payment Details, I get a blue link that says "Payment Processes by Blackbaud" How do I get rid of it or edit it? Thanks

    Hi Alex,


    That is an excellent question. Unfortunately, at this time there is not a way to edit the "Payment Processed by Blackbaud" hyperlink. This is built into the page to reassure donors that their credit credit information is being stored in a way that is secure and most importantly: PCI Compliant. Although there isn't neccessarily a way to "Remove" this hyperlink we can make it not visible to donors by using this alternative solution:


    1. Go to Online Express plug-in

    2. Next to your form Click "Edit"

    3. Navigate to the "Fine Tuning" tab

    4. Click on "Payment" tab

    5. Go to the "Payment Link" sub-tab 


    Here you can change the font color, size, or background (including changing the text color to match your background so that donors do not see this). For a vide please see: https://www.screencast.com/t/YntXbv3pI
