Another question from our 'Planning Events in Online Express' webinar today; this is from Sue Emrick:

" When downloading the gifts from Online Express, it put the price description on the participant record under the Participant field... is there a way to change to another field?"


Great question on fields- can anyone help out Sue?

    Where is Sue wanting it to go? And how does she set up the price tiers? When our gifts download, it puts their fees under the Registration Fees tab. It also shows under the Participation column of the global participant list, but we always found it helpful to have people marked "Registrant" or "Corporate Sponsor" for at-a-glance viewing.
