Arranging attribute fields to match registrants

Here comes another great question from our 'Planning Events in Online Express" webinar; this is from Kim Frodsham:

" Is there any way to put the special requests next to the registrants name? For example, Guest #1 Name_ Special Meal_, instead of Guest Name1-5 then Special Meal 1-5"


Any tips on best practices for arranging Guests and Attributes?

  • A little clarification, please: is this pertaining to an online registration form, or a report generated from the Event record itself? If the Event record, I believe there is a "Dinner Preference" field specifically for such purposes on the "More Info" button of the participant General Tab -- rather than using an Attribute. Although I do understand that the OE Event forms only download things as Attributes instead of into the appropriate data fields - very frustrating.
