What is the best way to enter two majors, and graduation dates, for those consitutents who have double majors?  Do you enter both majors on their Primary Education record, with only one graduation date, or do you make two seperate Education relationships, with only one being Primary?

    We enter all the primary degree info on the primary ed relationship - degree, dates, major, minor, fraternity/sorority, and ed attributes for honors, clubs and orgs varsity sports, study abroad, dean's list, etc..  It tells the full student story.  Subsequent degrees are separate ed relationships.  RE easily accommodates multiple majors and minors,and it's easy to export them.

    If it is a double major then the graduation date is the same no?  Well -- specifically one could be May 20 and the other June 1st, but it is the same end of quarter/semester.  I would say a double major is on the same primary education record.  If the come back for an additional degree, that is a separate record.  And your institution has to establish a policy of which degree is the primary education record... the lower or upper degree.
