Obtaining total donated to a specific donation form within a campaign?

Hi, I have a Convio CMS page that links to four different donation forms (all contained within the same campaign). I'd like to access the total donated to each of the specific donation forms so the total raised so far is displayed with each form's link (see attached file for screenshot).

I was just told by Covio support that I can access the total donated to a campaign (by using the S15 tag), but not the total donated to a specifc form within a campaign. I'd prefer to keep all four donation forms in the same campaign (as does our accounting department), rather than creating four campaigns (and their respective donation forms from scratch).

Anyone know of any way around this? Surely, in 2012, there's a way that doesn't require me running a report for each donation form and manually updating my page in CMS?

    Hi Kent, you have helped me before on a different issue, perhaps you can help me with a simple one related to the above: How do I get a report on a donation form? I am looking but not finding much literature on the topic. Any help woudl be appreciated, thanks!

    Use Report Writer in Data Management.


    Transactions -> Transactions Details


    Pick your columns. I typicall use:

    Net Transaction Amount

    Original Value Transacted

    Ledger Transaction Amount

    Contact ID

    RE Cons ID

    Transaction Date

    Billing First Name

    Billing Last Name

    Billing Email

    Form ID

    Form Title


    Gives a good overview. There are plenty of fields to choose from.


    On Step 5. Configure Filters, Create filter under Donation From and choose Form ID, then select the form(s) you want to report on. Make sure to save that filter otherwise it won't hold.


    Create another filter under Valued Transaction and choose Create Date In Predefined Range and then I just use all dates. Save this filter.


    Go through rest of steps.


    Save the report and then go find what you named it and run it.


    Should be all set.
