We are migrating over to Onilne Express within 6 months and found out that I have to use Blackbaud Merchant Services. I saw that the fees are 2.75% + $0.25 per transcation. 


Are there any other fees I should be aware of?

    Be aware that the direct debit fees are different than the credit card fees. Both credit and direct debit can be processed through BBMS, but direct debit is not processed automatically - it must be initiated through an EFT gift batch. Or, you can push the EFT gift batch directly through your bank - slightly more work, but avoids the fees.

    That is correct! Direct debits processed using Blackbaud Merchant Services are $0.75 per direct debit.

    Are direct debit fees always .75 for any gift amount?
