RE Nxt on a Mac?

Our IT department is trying to switch everyone to a MAC environment.  I had heard that Nxt does not play as well with a Mac.  Does anyone have any experience with this - especially on a system that has always been Windows-based?

    I have not heard this is an issue.  We have one user who has an apple device and he hasn't mentioned any issues.  I don't know how well they would work with administrative tasks though.

    Yes, and as the database administrator/manager, I do all the administrative tasks, including pulling, segregating and making the data usable.  I use several canned reports which work well for what I need them for.  Also two other admins in the department do data entry, pull queries and exports as well.  I'm not worried about our fundraisers and directors on Nxt, I'm worried about those of us who live in the database view.

    I use NXT on a mac and have had no issues.  Admittedly tho - i tend to find my way back to the database view b/c i'm accustomed to it.  But have worked in analyze, opportunity lists and other sections that have given no problems that I can tell.

    We had two on a MAC and they didn't report any issues whatsoever.

    NXT is web based -- I would think it could be used on any platform -- though, it may be partial to certain browsers.  Did you check with your BB rep?
