RE Training and Exam

We have a lot of interns coming through and spend a lot of time training them in RE basics (lookup, constituent creation, addresses, etc.). We're thinking of just creatiing videos and have them do it themself (along with our User Guide). And the end, we'd do an exam - create a record, lookup someone, change an address, assign a solicitor, etc.

What do you do and does anyhone have an "exams" already created?

I think it would be such a huge cost and waste of time to do this when you can get a learn subscription from Blackbaud and get all trainings and certification tests for free. It has a price but honestly it would take so much time to set up your own program to do this that it would cost more in the long run to do it yourself.

Yes, Blackbaud offers really good training. Why reinvent it when it already exists?
