Just had our first event using Online Express, RE event management app and the MobilePay app - loved it and all the volunteers on registration loved using the iPads instead of all the paper lists! You can not beat Blackbaud for professionalism and up-to-the-minute software and equipment!

I realize this is about three years old but I do have a question about the MobilePay. We use it for registration fees to our Men's and Women's Conference. Our issue is that these do not show up on the transactions in Online Express. We have to export gifts from BBM to excel, look up the account numbers for each donation, format for importing and then import the gifts. It is time consuming and may be confusing since the export does not include addresses. Did you discover a better way to account for your MobilePay donations/fees, etc?

The MobilePay event registrations should create a batch in RE, rather than as Online Express transactions.
