Hyperlink an image

I am trying to hyperlink an image in an email and it will not link. Any recommendations or tutorials on how to do so? Thanks!

Hi Anne,

You should be able to click on the image then go to the hyperlink
and add the information, hit ok and your image should be a
hyperlink.

Thanks Patti. I click on the chain icon and copy and paste my hyperlink while image is selected. But when I test the email, the image is not hyperlinked. This a screenshot of how I am attempting to hyperlink. Does this look correct?

Sometimes I have to remove the formatting from the image and start over in order for a hyperlink to work.

Hi Anne:

What formatting do you want to remove? You can right click on the image then click insert/edit image. You can also use the plain text editor if you know HTML to remove the formatting.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, try using another browser, such as Firefox, and see if that helps.

I am using Chrome. I could try Internet Explorer. I am not sure what formatting I want to remove - just want it to hyperlink.

Hi Anne,

Firefox is going to be your best bet when working in the Administrator end of Luminate Online. The hyperlinking of an image is a bug specific to working in the wysiwyg editor in Chrome. Give that a shot and you should have no issues.
