Identifying chronic non-responders

Options
I'd like to create a suppression group consisting of chronic nonresponders: individuals with active emails who have not opened and/or clicked thru on an email in 24 months. What is the best way to go about building this group? Any advice is much appreciated.

You will need to set up an Engagement Factor for email opens/clicks. Then you can set up a query based on this engagement factor to periodically populate a group automatically.  I don't remember if engagement factors apply retroactively.  So, to create this group based on past opens, you may need to manually run some manner of campaign open report and add the results to a group.

There is a great article in the Knowledgebase with a full set of instructions: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/94767

    Good luck!

Engagement factors do apply retroactively so there aren't any additional steps needed.

    Cheers,
