Where to find how many emails sent last year?

Looks like this needs to be updated a bit. The column in question would be in the Email section, not Usage Statistics.


This gives all outbound messages. So it would be the total of every message sent to every constituent.


If you are looking to see how many actual e-mail messages you sent, (not total e-mails delivered, man this is confusing), you can go through these steps:

1. Go to report writer
2. Choose Email as report selection
3. Choose Messages radio button
4. Choose the checkboxes you want to see data on, in addtion to the default(s), if any.
5. Skip to Step 5. in Luminate Admin ( I didn't need to do any of the other steps because I always download to .csv)
6. Create two filter
   1. Choose Email Campaign and add all the campaigns you want to see results from. (I excluded TeamRaiser ones for this as I wanted Broadcast emails only)
      1. Finish Steps and click Save
   2. Choose Email Message and then Date Created. Use 'In Custom Range' between 01/01/2016 and 12/31/2016
      1. Finish Steps and click Save
7. Name your report and give a description and put it in the folder you will remember
8. Save the Report. Go to the report and run it then save as .csv so you can sum up the Targeted Email Delivery Count column.

One caveat. If you have cancelled deliveries, they will appear in the Targeted email delivery count. This is the column you will use to find how many messages you sent in the calendar year. I worked with support, but there is not a way to filter this out at this time.
