Multiple events with one payment entry.

My institution formerly used NetCommunity to create event registrations and we were heavily pushed to move to NXT/Online Express as we were told we would only gain abilities, not lose them.

Unfortunately, that seems to be false. In NetCommunity, we were able to add several events to one registration page and have our alumni pay for them all in one click.

Last year, we ended up moving our Alumni Weekend business to EventBrite because of this - even though it spends more employee time manually entering registration information to the system. We would rather spend extra time on our end than inconvenience our alumni in such a significant way.

Has anyone else found a better way around this? Thanks!

I just came to this page hoping to find the answer to this exact problem. We have three big events thoughout the year and would like people to register for all three at once. Can you post back if you find a solution? I will do the same.

We are also interested in this issue. We would like to use OLX for an event with multiple free and paid events, plus a chance to make a donation to multiple funds. My conversation via the online chat resource leads me to think that the distribution of funds has to happen post collection. That is the funds are gathered into one fund and then distributed through the batch process.

I was looking for the same answer. We just purchased OLX and were hoping to stop using another companies forms and online processing but there is not flexibility within this form building program. We want to have multiple events to choose and then pay with 1 click. We also want to collect information that is pertinent to the registrant but does not need to be answered for every ticket purchased.

Yes, please allow multiple events with one pay

Any update or workaround to this challenge? Out multi events consist of workshops that occur on a monthly basis.

OLX - Events seems to be a downgrade from NetCommunity. At least let us keep NetCommunity without a fee, until there is solution. This is really frustrating.
