Online Express, Donation and Registration Form Confirmations

Hoping you can help me. We are switching from Sphere Registration and Donation forms to Online Express since Sphere is going away.

Where can I set up customized email confirmations when they register for events in Online Express. I'm not seeing an option for this anywhere, I'm hoping we are not going backwards in progress by having to manually do these customized confirmations now.

For some reason the image didn't display on my previous post.Select "5. Thank yous" option shown below and you should be able to edit your comfirmation email.
