Facebook PIxel Code for Donation Thank You Pages

Options
I've looked at some past threads about this, but I don't know if it is up to date, so I thought I'd ask. We would like to add Facebook conversion code on our Donation Thank You page, but the Facebook pixel code needs to be within the <head> tag which we cannot access. How do you go around adding the conversion tracking code in this instance?

Have you tried to speak to your retainer services? They maybe able to implement this or perhaps go to support for some guidance on the code.

  • Hi Susan,

You would want to drop this into the head element, usually a page builder reusable. Next you would set up a conditional so that the code only shows up on the Donation Thank you page.

    Thanks,

    Hilary

You should be able to modify your <HEAD>, unless you don't have access to your Page Wrapper editor (in which case you can get access by taking some training and then asking support for it...contact your CSM for details).

In the pagewrapper, you'll want to edit step #2 (meta tags). At the bottom is a box called "Additional HTML Tags for HEAD Element," and you can just put your code there.

To keep it tidy, you also might want to put things into a pagebuilder reusable page and include it in that section using an S51 tag.
