BBMS - Virtual Terminal - Card Holder Not Present Monthly Payments


We cannot process monthly donors using the virtual terminal (cardholder not present) because there is no option for monthly donations. 


Has anyone else run into this and is there a legally-compliant work-around?

    Our work around was to enter the constituents
    information using our donation form through LO.

    Thank you for responding Desiree - isn't there some legalese around these behaviour though? I was under the impression we couldn't do that because the card, whilst authorised, is not physically in our hands? 


    Forgive me if I'm confusing the issue, just reporting back from complaints in our Individual Giving department!
