I've been asked to map the fields between Luminate Online and Raiser's Edge. I have the document which lists fields in RE and the corresponcing field in LO, but don't know what I'm supposed to do with it. I have not been involved in the integration up to this point. Thanks!

Hi Tiffany,

In Luminate Online, go to Data Management > Luminate Configuration. You'll see options to set up the cross-references and to map custom fields.

I agree with Allison's answer & suggestion to watch the video. But I'd also try to find out who worked on the implementation -- much of the mapping should have occured already. RELO mapping can be touchy so if you have any questions, reach out to support before you change any of the mapping.
