Unable to add stats from a message

I've searched the forums but haven't found a discussion abou this.  We sent out a message in October, and when i got around to adding the appeal to RE records, the stats are not there to add.  Do they go away after a period of time?

I am having a similar problem. My email is from November. The stats are still showing, but when I add the data, it takes a long time, then says the appeal of " " was added to 0 records (a named appeal should be added to 8000+ records).Thinking it was a glitch, I've tried yesterday and then again today - with no success. So frustrating!
