    Hi Hong,

You can find a list of all Luminate trainings on the Luminate datasheet. You can select the names of the trainings to go directly to the training. The Learn Basic package contains basic Luminate trainings and is included in the cost of your Luminate subscription. The courses in the Learn More and Learn Everything levels can be purchased a la carte or with a corresponding Learn subscription.

  • Perfect, thanks Allison.

I remember when it was all free.  It still seems strange to me that you have to pay to learn more about using the tools that you paid for.

    Hi Alicia,

You are correct, Luminate training used to be free. However, with the transition into a subscription based training offer, we now have the opportunity to fully invest in our training materials, ensuring that everything is kept up-to-date and refreshed. And with all of the plans for Luminate Online, I think this will definitely benefit everyone in the long run!

Is it just me, or are the basic training videos on the level of "Find your outlet. Plug in your computer. Find your power button. Press it. Now log on to your account"?

Absolutely NO explanation of WHY one might choose an option (or the option not taken in the video). A narrator who sounds like he is looking at the script for the first time. What sounds like audio splices in a second voice at times. It's an affront to anyone watching with any level of knowledge of how to use any late 20th century software and a waste of time, IMO.

I HATE being the person who complains, but I'm really tired of Blackbaud trying to get away with the minimum (or less).
