Florida state legislative data - inaccuracies?

I am wondering if anyone else is struggling with state-level action in Florida. We have noticed that people are being connected to the wrong state senators, and that the data has not yet updated for the state house in a post-redistricted world.


Is anyone else noticing this as well?

    Have you opened a support case yet? If a constituent is being mapped to the wrong elected official then this is something that support should be able to help with. Any examples you can provide would be helpful. I can also send an inquiry to our advocacy product team.

    Yep, I have a case started but was wondering if other users were experiencing a similar issue.


    It's a bit hard to provide an example without sharig someone's personal information like home address, but the case I shared with our CSM Sally was our board chair in Florida. She is in Naples area, and took action, and her message was sent to a state Senator that represents Tallahassee.
  • I had replied to Marissa via e-mail that this will be most quickly handled by the Support team, so it's good that she already submitted a support ticket. If other customers are currently targeting Florida and have experienced the same issue, they should also submit a support ticket and feel free to chime in here.

    We have seen the same issues in Minnesota with a recent action we sent. I will also start a ticket.
