Hello, I am wondering why the "Ideas" subforum is locked? There are solutions / workarounds for ideas that would help many users, but we cannot reply to threads or make suggestions? I think everyone on the forum would like this unlocked for discussion.

    Hey Chris,


    Thanks for asking! We have a new ideas portal in Community. You can find it by clicking the ideas tab or by clicking "start a discussion" in the old ideas forum. The BBNC staff moved the ideas from the old forum into the new portal. Check it out!

    This "ideas" portal seems to be identical to to the forum setup...except the message box is much smaller and the replies are really condensed. I think it was a lot easier to understand having it as a subforum.

    Thanks for the feedback, Chris! With this move, BBNC joins all of the other Blackbaud products on a unified idea management platform. If you click through the other products, you'll see a similiar experience for each. I'm sorry you find the box smaller and the replies condensed. I can look and see what I can improve about that on my end.
