Recent Update may have screwed up Membership Defaults

Options
I have noticed in the last few membership downloads from OE that the expiration date is not following the defaults we have set up in RE. We have all memberships expiring at the end of the month for a member, but it appears they are ending on a year on the same month/same day. This was not happening previously. How do we fix this?

  • Hi Cheena!

This looks an issue on the Online Express end.  We're sorry for the inconvinience it has caused.  We have resolved the issue and it should be working again in the next release (currently scheduled for April 20th).  Until then, you will need to manually edit the expiration date.

    Thanks,

    Erin
  • Awesome! Thanks.

We have been doing that since we noticed. We'll keep our eyes out for the next release.
  • I believe I'm having the same problem lately. A member rejoined through OLX on October 24, 2016 and her membership end date defaulted to October 31, 2016. Our Membership Categories are all set to default one year out on rejoins.
  • I am having that problem too. Periodically it does this.

  • Hi Alyssa and Cheena,

If I could ask that the next time a transaction comes in like this if you could both contact support and let them get some more details. We haven't made any updates to this specific section of Online Express lately but we could be missing something. Support can help us get more information from you to figure out exactly what is happening. Thank you both!

  • I also have the issue where the date will not expire correctly to the month end, which is our current setting. It used to do that then it stopped.
