Raiser's Edge action for multiple profiles

I have a co-worker who wants to be able to enter an action for multiple people (i.e. she meets with 3 people at a time) and doesn't want to open a new action under each profile. Is there a way to record the action in more than one profile without using an import or opening each profile? We are still new to using actions so it's mostly trial and error at this point.
