Raiser's Edge Action in multiple records

I have a co-worker who wants to be able to enter an action for multiple people (i.e. she meets with 3 people at a time) and doesn't want to open a new action under each profile. Is there a way to record the action in more than one profile without using an import? We are still new to using actions so it's mostly trial and error at this point.

    The only thing I can think of that might help is to use the action defaults.  You can set up a default action which makes it pretty easy because you only have to set it up once, then all you have to do is load in the default action on each record.  If you make the default available to everyone, than all users can use it too if the action is generic enough.Better than nothing, I'd love to get input from other people that might have a better idea than this.

    You can do a global add of action.  For three people doesn't seem quite worth it.  Create a query of the 3.  Quickest way to me is Constitutent > Specific Record > one of ... use F7 to quickly pull in names.  Have to enter all the action details once in the global add details.  Be careful though to not add it to all records - be sure to select the query. :)
